Veyra supports hockey bench management and coach-reviewed scouting. This notice applies across all teams. Operator details appear below. Where details are missing, this notice remains a draft pending operator confirmation.

The app stores coach email addresses and password hashes; player names, jersey numbers, positions and access codes; team memberships, attendance, bench events, ice time, goals, uploaded scoring text, recordings, highlights, feedback and private questions. Do not include medical details, home addresses, school details or other unrelated sensitive information in free-text fields.

Security logs record connection information such as IP addresses and sign-in failures to protect access. Provider-browser profiles may retain provider login sessions on the operator’s computer. Do not use them for accounts you are not authorized to access.

Information is used for sign-in, team access, game records, video processing and coach-reviewed feedback. Local AI can process selected records and video on the operator’s computer. Its output can be wrong and is not a medical assessment or a verified measure of a player’s ability.

Team members can access their team records. Players can access their own account and approved highlights. While the owner enables AI TESTING, visitors can access the selected program without a personal login. Do not treat that program as private while this testing door is open.

Cloudflare delivers the public website and may process connection information under its own policies. Opening LiveBarn or GameSheet takes you to a separate provider or an operator-controlled provider-browser session. Those providers have separate policies and account terms. The app does not automatically scrape GameSheet.

The current app has no installed advertising or analytics SDK and no marketing email sender. No claim is made about trackers inside separate provider websites. Necessary sign-in cookies, local offline storage and app caches are described in the cookie policy.

Records and recordings currently remain until reviewed removal; local backups may retain earlier copies. A formal retention schedule and backup deletion process still need operator approval. A deletion request does not immediately erase records. We verify authority, scope and any applicable retention obligations before action.

Use Data requests to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of permission. Do not submit an identity document or a child’s sensitive information through that form. Keep the receipt and contact the operator to verify identity. Applicable rights and response periods depend on your location.

Under-13 participation requires a legally appropriate, verified parent/guardian authorization process before covered collection. Coach approval or a checked box is not automatically verifiable parental consent. This release does not implement a complete guardian-verification service. Adults must resolve authorization with the operator before introducing children’s information; do not assume a team roster supplies consent.
