Cookie policy

Version 2026-10-05. Operator: Backwoods Marina & 3D, as designated by the owner. Commercial terms and guardian process remain under review.

Necessary cookies include veyra_policy (current policy acknowledgment, up to 30 days), bench_auth (shared access), bench_user (coach sign-in), bench_player (player sign-in) and bench_tester (testing access). They support the service you request rather than advertising. Coach/player server sessions expire after 30 days. Newly issued browser cookies use that limit; older browser cookies may display a longer expiry but are rejected by the server after the session limit. Shared access cookies can last one year; testing access expires with the owner’s testing window. Signing out clears the applicable coach/player session.

Local storage remembers app settings, selected team, version notices, upload resumption and offline bench state/pending actions. App/service-worker caches support installation and offline use. Older app versions may retain a last-verified policy version and timestamp. Policy review is now optional for entry; normal sign-in and team permissions still apply. Shared-device users should sign out; clearing browser storage removes cached records but may lose unsent bench actions.

No optional analytics or advertising cookies are currently installed by Veyra. The cookie notice records acknowledgment of necessary storage, not permission for marketing or for children’s data. Optional tracking remains disabled and must receive separate informed consent before any future installation.

Separate provider websites, including LiveBarn and GameSheet, may set their own cookies. Your Veyra notice acknowledgment does not grant consent to those providers. You can reopen the cookie notice at any time through Privacy & policies.
